At VegPro4, we’re proud of our rich history, spanning a century, as we’ve grown from humble beginnings into one of Australia’s leading vegetable processors. We’ve stayed true to our roots as a family-run business, while embracing innovation and change, which has seen us evolve and adapt to meet the diverse needs of our customers.
The Seeds of Our Beginning
Our story starts in 1915, when we were established as a small, family-operated farming enterprise. Over the years, we expanded and diversified our offerings, recognising the potential of waste products and transforming them into value-adding resources. This shift marked the beginning of our journey towards sustainability and efficient resource management.
In 1995, we ventured overseas, marking an important milestone in our growth. A year later in 1996, we opened a facility dedicated to baby peeled carrots, further diversifying our product range.
As we entered the new millennium, our business evolved yet again. We added onions and pumpkins to our growing list of products, and expanded our operations to New South Wales.
Today, we are a flourishing business-to-business (B2B) provider, with no retail presence, and we offer a diverse selection of vegetables.

At VegPro4, we pride ourselves on our ability to meet the diverse needs of our customers. We offer a wide range of vegetables, including but not limited to potatoes, carrots, sweet potatoes, beetroots, capsicums, celery, zucchinis, shallots, mushrooms, pumpkins, and leek. All our products are available in various forms: peeled, diced, sliced, pureed, coined, and batoned. We have crafted a delivery system that ensures timely shipments, with our delivery partners making daily trips to Brisbane and Sydney.

For over 27 years, we’ve dedicated ourselves to creating a large and diverse customer base, procuring thousands of tonnes of produce each year from farms around Australia.
